Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Provider's Coach Project (“Coach”) and the client (“Client”). By booking a session or signing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Coaching

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support healthcare providers in personal and professional development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health services.

2. Coaching Sessions

Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom and last approximately 45 minutes. Clients may schedule sessions as needed. Sessions are scheduled through Calendly, our third-party scheduling platform. Scheduling and session data is handled by Calendly and Zoom as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation. The Client is responsible for implementing insights gained through coaching and acknowledges that results are not guaranteed.

4. Confidentiality

Coaching sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken in cases of suspected harm to self or others, legal requirements, or ethical obligations. The Coach may use de-identified information for training or program improvement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund (paid sessions only). Cancellations within 24 hours of the session and no-shows are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted per booking with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled event. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of coaching services. For cancellation or scheduling support, contact us at support@providerscoachproject.org.

6. No Liability

Coaching is a supportive relationship and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. The Provider's Coach Project and its coaches are not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for clinical, legal, or financial matters.

7. Termination of Coaching

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Coach reserves the right to decline or discontinue coaching if it is determined that coaching is not appropriate for the Client's needs.

8. Payment Terms

These terms apply to all paid services offered by The Provider's Coach Project. Payment is collected at the time of booking and processed securely via Stripe. By booking a paid session, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in §5 above.

For questions about these terms or for cancellation and scheduling support, contact us at support@providerscoachproject.org.
